Stephanie Robilio graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelors in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology. She earned her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Shortly after completing her master’s degree, Stephanie went on to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. Stephanie’s work has included being a Personal Development Author, Public Speaker, Wellness Expert, and host of The Mindful Living Podcast. Stephanie actively participates in ongoing continued education and specific trauma trainings and has over ten years of experience in the fields of Child Welfare, Trauma, Mental Health, and Substance Use. In addition to serving as the Clinical Director at Agape Treatment Center, she’s also the founder of Mindful Living, a community that empowers individuals on their journey of healing, recovery, and wellness. Stephanie has four published books to date: WellNow, Mindful Makeover, Painted Soul, and Bonafide Spirit. Stephanie is committed to holding a safe space for individuals as they begin or continue their journey of returning to the truth of who they are and rediscover themselves. She believes everyone has the answers within, and she is inspired to help individuals identify and heal underlying core issues so that they can move forward in their life, turn their dreams into reality, and live life with purpose, on purpose. Stephanie believes when we heal our trauma, we heal our addiction and mental health. Her approach is loving and empowering allowing individuals to connect to their inner power as they identify and overcome the barriers, blocks, and/or beliefs that have kept them from being able to heal, recover, and create a life of optimal wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
